This policy explains how Chesterfield Brick Paving handles information submitted through this website and by phone. Chesterfield Brick Paving is a referral service that connects homeowners with independent local paving and hardscape contractors.
Information We Collect
When you submit a quote request, we collect the information you enter, such as your name, phone number, email address, zip code or address, the service you are interested in, and a description of your project. We also receive basic technical information from our hosting provider, such as the time of the request and standard request data like your browser type.
When you call the phone number on this site, the call may be routed through a call tracking service that records information such as your phone number, the time and length of the call, and in some cases a recording of the call.
How We Use Information
We use your information to respond to your request and to share it with an independent local paving contractor so they can contact you about your project. We may also use it to confirm referrals, improve our service, and keep basic records. We do not sell your information to data brokers.
Sharing
We share your request with one or more independent contractors who serve your area. Once a contractor has your information, their use of it is governed by their own practices. We may also share information if required by law.
Cookies and Analytics
This site is designed to work without advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may collect standard technical logs for security and performance.
Data Retention
We keep quote requests only as long as needed for referral and record-keeping purposes.
Your Choices
To ask us to delete your request or to stop contact, call the phone number on this site and tell us. We will make reasonable efforts to remove your information from our records and let the contractor know.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children.
